This ceremonial dagger, encased in its ornamental scabbard, presented a special challenge. The owner wanted to be able to remove it from time to time, so we mounted it with object mounts to a suede-covered backboard, and used no glass. The frame is stacked (multiple mouldings, one on top of the other) for a unique and attractive presentation.
